Have you experinced things like the one described below?
I recently launched a survey with CAWI method of registration. We used external provider of e-mail addresses.
I have a reported link to check the progress of the quotas. The link is in perfect working order.
However, the provider claims that 1000+ people clicked on the link and I donít even see them as incompletes??
Have you any idea how to check where is the problem?
