Survey Software Review

Hi,

I am looking for a Survey Software for our Marketing Departement. Unfortunately there are so many different Software Products out there, that it is very difficult to compare all the different products.

Is there anyone, who has experience with Survey Software Reviews?

Our Requirements are quite basic:

Our Marketing departement is planning to do webbased, email-based and paper-based Surveys about every 3 Month.
(Newsletter Feedback, General Customer Surveys etc.)
We are in b-to-b, so the group of people we are contacting is not more than 1000.

We would like to store the given data in a database and have a good Analysing of the data. The Software has to run on our company server.
The marketing staff has just basic experience with software, so it should be easy to use.

Do you have any advice on a certain software?

Any information I would highly appreciate.
