Default Who records CATI verbatim?

Hello -

Does anyone record CATI verbatim? If so, what do you use to record the verbatim?

hi tkj,
my name is Cettina, i work for Voxco. we are a provider of CATI and dialer software. Our CATI/Dialer solution allows you to record CATI interviews - you can choose to record parts of the interview, the whole interview, just the open ends, etc.

I am not sure what platform you are using now or what your budget is, but i have heard of people rigging up recorders they bought at an elctronic store in order to record CATI when in a pinch. it's not the prettiest solution and does not let you monitor or have your customers dial in to monitor - but depending on your budget, platfrom , time contraints, etc - who knows.
please feel free to contact me if you would like to learn more about voxco.
thanks
