My company is new, about two years old and I have been receiving bids but I would like my responses to be more professional. Is there a specific format that project managers look for? Also, how can I obtain more bids? My company services are focus group recruiting, moderating, transcription, one-on-ones, project management and fieldwork just to name a few. I also, would like to know
how to charge when it comes FG, I have heard per respondent or per group, what would be better? Any advice on FG in general would be greatly appreciated. Christine |

You actually can send an introductory note about your company to your potential customers or can call few agencies you would like to target.
Regarding charges, it would depend largely on the geographical areas in which you intend to carry out the fieldwork. About FG charges, recruitment and incentive costs to be charged per respondent while other charges like venue, transcript, project management, etc. should be charged per group. |
